Or Articulate has a zero data retention policy, which means that we never record or retain our data to train our AI models.

We know that AI security is important to you too, and that you may need to provide your organization with detailed information about the measures we are taking to keep your data safe. Therefore, we have prepared an official AI Security and Privacy document that you can share with your organization to ensure that it meets your AI usage guidelines.

Access Management to Articulate AI

At this time, there are no active configurations of Articulate AI. However, Articulate 360 Team administrators can opt out of the upcoming free trial of AI Assistant.

Simply go to the account management console and select Manage Assinatura. In Articulate AI, change the configuration of the free test. Confirm by clicking the “Opt-Out” button on the pop-up screen that will be displayed.

If you have opted out of participating in the free test of the AI Assistant, simply switch to the configuration of the free test and agree to the AI service terms to participate again.
