Access PDF documents at their lowest level with PHP.

The ArrowPDF-Core component is a PHP library for low-level access to PDF files. It represents the foundation of the SetaPDF product line and is part of every individual PHP component.

The main features and functionalities are:

• Read PDF files from all available PDF versions.
• Read and write PDF files through special reading and writing classes.
• Corrupt PDF file repair engine.
• Reads and writes protected/encrypted PDF files (public key and standard encryption) up to AES 256-bit.
